Sliding Scale & Pro Bono Therapy Available

Every therapist on our team holds dedicated sliding scale spots specifically reserved for BIPOC, first-generation, immigrant, LGBTQ+, trans, and neurodiverse individuals. We also offer fully pro bono therapy sessions. Mention this when you reach out and we’ll let you know if spots are available.

Fees & Insurance

We Do Not Accept Insurance

Please note that we do not take or bill insurance for therapeutic services. However, we offer pro bono and sliding scale options which are reserved for folks from marginalized communities. If you carry PPO insurance, you are responsible to pay for the therapy fees up front and we will generate a superbill that you will submit to your insurance for reimbursement of fees.

Questions to ask your insurance carrier for potential fee reimbursement:

  1. Do I carry a PPO or an HMO insurance plan?
  2. Do I have unlimited or limited therapy sessions?
  3. Will I get fee reimbursement for services such as: individual therapy, group therapy and couples therapy? If so, what CPT codes should be shown on the superbill?
  4. What are the reimbursement rates/percentage split?
  5. How long is the processing time for fee reimbursement?

Thank you and we are looking forward to speaking with you and meeting you.
