Careers at Grayslate — do meaningful work that matters

We’re building a practice where culturally affirming, justice-centered, EFT-trained clinicians can do their best work — fully supported, deeply supervised, and genuinely valued.

Why Join Grayslate?

A practice built for clinicians who care about justice, culture, and connection

Grayslate is a values-driven, anti-oppressive, and affirming group practice in Atwater Village, Los Angeles. We specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals, couples, and families — with a deep commitment to serving LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and first-generation communities.

We believe that the best therapy happens when clinicians feel fully supported, genuinely supervised, and aligned with the values of their practice. That’s what we’re building here. We offer one of the most robust supervision structures in Los Angeles — with access to an ICEEFT Certified EFT Supervisor candidate and regular group consultation.

If you are a licensed therapist, associate, or trainee who is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiverse-affirming, committed to anti-oppressive practice, and either trained in EFT or eager to learn — we’d love to hear from you.
