Nicole is our outstanding operations manager, handling all back-end patient care and practice needs. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has been working in behavioral health since 2001 — bringing over two decades of experience to everything she does.
While Nicole is no longer seeing patients in treatment — choosing instead to focus on administrative and operational duties — her clinical background means she understands the nuances of therapeutic care from the inside. Every process she manages, every system she maintains, is designed with the client’s wellbeing and dignity at the center.
