ADHD Partner Support Group in Los Angeles

A dedicated support group for folks who are in neurodivergent relationships — where one partner has ADHD and the other is non-ADHD or neurotypical. Facilitated by Dr. Tyler Howard, ADHD expert and neuropsychological testing director at Grayslate.

Our professional therapists will focus on teaching well-studied behavioral modifications and tools that have been shown to significantly improve relationship satisfaction in a neurodivergent relationship.

These groups are not a replacement for couples therapy. The groups are aimed to provide each partner the insight into their negative cycle and provide them with relational tools that lead to a more harmonious relationship with their partners.
